SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER 

Full-time, In Person

Innovative Marketing Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead projects from estimating through production. This role requires expertise in managing the entire project lifecycle and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of programs. This is a full-time position with an immediate start date. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects from estimating to prototype development, through to full-scale production and final shipping.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and sales, as well as external vendor partners (domestic and overseas) to ensure seamless project flow.

  • Manage multiple tasks, timelines, and projects simultaneously, while maintaining a calm and focused approach under pressure.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in project management within the POP industry, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Production Knowledge: Strong understanding of materials and processes such as printing, fabricated wood, sheet metal, weldments, plastics, vacuum forming, and injection molding.

  • Estimating Skills: Proficiency in obtaining supplier quotes and preparing detailed project estimates and client proposals.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Monday.com, and QuickBooks is a plus.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Team player with a positive attitude and cooperative spirit. Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.  Strong communication skills and the willingness to take on tasks outside of the immediate role when needed.  Having a keen attention to details and tasks at hand.

  • Analytical Skills: Proactive problem solver and multitasker. Highly organized and detail oriented.

  • Bonus Skills: Ability to read engineering drawings and suggest areas to reduce costs.  Also having experience in shipping and logistics planning is a plus.
